Role Summary
The main responsibility of the V-Label Working Student within the food department is to regularly prepare our customers’ data to enable invoicing. The role will be an interface between our checking team and invoice team and work directly with V-Label’s clients. To be successful in your role well, you will be trained in our testing processes, including the associated software. Your passion for numbers and tables will help you to keep the data that customers give you up to date.

As a working student at V-Label, you will help build a stable foundation for our customer satisfaction and label security.

- Support in maintaining accurate records
- Customer communication
- Communication with ProVeg Finance Department
- Work with project management tool Wrike
- Work with product relation management tool Odoo
- Product checks


Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor and / or Master studies
- German native language skills
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for the vegan status of consumer goods
- A good command of written and spoken English (C1)
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and intercultural competence
- Organisational skills, reliability and proactive search for solutions
- A positive, respectful and enthusiastic work attitude
- Team player and enjoy working in a home office
- The study continues for at least 2 more semesters

Nice to have:
- Studies related to Finance, Business Administration or Analytics
- Experience in customer service or finance
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience in Data synchronization
- Assertiveness
