Hours: 32-40 h per week
Salary: 26 - 29 k € per year, depending on experience and qualifications

Role Summary
We are seeking a Recruiting Specialist to ensure robust talent acquisition for key roles within our organisation. As ProVeg’s Recruiting Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring the talents and skills our organisation needs to become even more effective and professional. You will manage and coordinate the whole recruiting process, from conducting needs assessment together with hiring managers to onboarding of the new hire.

Responsibilities

Conducting regular staff needs assessments with line managers and liaising with managers regarding potential vacancies on an ongoing basis
Advertising vacancies, including liaising with agencies, online advertisers and placing adverts online
Maintaining the recruitment database (Personio) and processing equality and diversity information received
Preparing documents for hiring managers, including shortlisting and interview documentation
Setting up and coordinating interviews
Ensuring professional, timely and friendly communication with applicants and all other external inquiries as well as with internal inquiries from staff
Act as the first line of contact for any recruitment-related queries from applicants, agencies and new starters
Ensure a timely processing of all pre-employment checks for successful applicants, including references, health needs, right to work
Keeping all recruitment records up-to-date
Onboarding of new starters
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times



Competencies
Relevant degree in management, psychology or another relevant field, preferably with a focus on Human Resources Management
Minimum 1 year experience of working in recruiting and/ or HR
Experience of working with HR software (desirable)
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both in person and via telephone
Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage priorities
Pro-active problem-solving skills and ability to identify potential improvement and streamlining of processes
Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills preferred
Promotes positive team dynamics by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
Takes proactive steps to plan ahead and ensure deadlines are met
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all staff issues in a respectful and compassionate way
