Federal Volunteer Service or Internship Organisational Management (m/f/d)
Wherever many people work together, there is always a lot to organise. With an eye for detail and an open ear for the concerns of your colleagues, you will contribute to a motivating working environment. You will also gain an insight into the diverse tasks and requirements that take place in the background of an internationally active NGO. Together with a four-person team, you will make everyday work at the Berlin office run as smoothly and environmentally friendly as possible. - Coordination of receipts for goods.
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support in procurement management.

Our application procedure

Should you be shortlisted for the job, the following steps will apply:
1.) An online-based sample task.
2.) An initial interview with you.
3.) An office trial day, which will consist of undertaking a set of tasks that would be typical of the work that you would do with us. Depending on the location, this day can either take place in our office or can be done from home. In this way, we want to get to know you and your way of working even better, as well as give you the opportunity to get a good idea of the work entailed.
4.) Subsequently, the final decision will be made (if necessary an additional final discussion may be required).
